1. Points Rewards

1.1. Definition

Store Base Currency
The primary currency used by the merchant for pricing goods and maintaining accounting records.
Principle of Earning and Redeeming Reward Points Currency
Members earn Bonus Points based on purchases made in the merchant's Store Base Currency. Redemption of Bonus Points for goods and services is limited to participating iGNITE merchants and must occur in the same Store Base Currency in which the points were earned. Points earned in different Store Base Currencies cannot be merged, combined, or converted into a unified currency or equivalent value.

1.2. Program Overview

iGNITE is a free coalition loyalty program. Members earn Bonus Points automatically for eligible purchases at participating merchants, online and in-store.

1.3. Bonus Points Structure

Tier 1: Store Rewards
Earn 1 Tier 1 Bonus Point for every 1 unit of store base currency spent at the merchant.
Tier 1 Bonus Points may only be redeemed at the merchant where earned.
Tier 2: Pool Rewards
Receive an additional 30% of Tier 1 Bonus Points as Tier 2 Bonus Points from the program pool.
Tier 2 Bonus Points may be redeemed at any participating iGNITE merchant.

1.4. Points Expiry

Both Tier 1 and Tier 2 Bonus Points expire 1 year after the transaction date.

1.5. Earning Points

Points credited automatically within 48 hours after merchant confirms transaction and return period ends
Earned once per eligible transaction.
Daily/promotional limits may apply and will be notified.

1.6. Account Management

View balance and history via the True North Concepts Limited platform or app.

1.7. Point Adjustments

iGNITE and merchants may deduct points earned fraudulently or dishonestly. "Fraudulently or dishonestly" includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized use of another's account, manipulation of transactions, or violations of program rules. Members may appeal deductions within 30 days by contacting support; appeals will be reviewed by an independent panel, with decisions provided in writing. Unused points expire after validity period and cannot be carried forward.

2. Redeeming Coupons and Points

2.1. Redemption Options

Bonus Points redeemable for products/services at participating merchants, subject to validity.

2.2. Redemption Value

Standard rate: 1 Bonus Point = 0.02 units of store base currency, unless merchant specifies otherwise. Bonus Points have no cash value, are non-transferable (except as noted in 1.3), non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except as permitted by program rules.
Merchants may offer enhanced rates for promotions (clearly communicated).

2.3. Redemption Locations

Tier 1 Bonus Points:Only at earning merchant.
Tier 2 Bonus Points:Any participating iGNITE merchant.

2.4. Redemption Process

Present iGNITE membership details (via platform/app) or follow outlined procedures.

3. Collection and Use of Personal Data

3.1. Data Collection

True North manages personal data and may share with merchants for program services, per applicable privacy laws including Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

3.2. Information Collected

Username, email, phone, IP address, transaction records, third-party account details.

3.3. Purpose of Data Use

Security/verification, market analysis, complaints/feedback, service improvements, legal compliance, promotional materials (with consent).

3.4. Direct Marketing

No use for direct marketing without explicit consent.

4. Other Terms and Conditions

4.1. Records

True North and merchant records of Bonus Points balances and transactions are final and binding, subject to appeal as outlined in 1.7.

4.2. Misuse

Misuse of membership, points or benefits may result in suspension/termination and forfeiture of points/privileges, with notice and an opportunity to respond.

4.3. Program Changes

True North and merchants may modify, suspend or terminate the program, earning/redemption rules, rates or expiry at any time with at least 60 days' notice for major changes (e.g., rate adjustments or termination).

4.4. Product and Service Disclaimer

Products/services redeemed with Bonus Points provided solely by merchants. True North acts only as platform provider and is not responsible for quality, safety, delivery or merchant-customer disputes.

4.5. Rights Reserved

True North and merchants reserve final decision on Bonus Point offers and program changes, exercised in good faith.

5. General Provisions

5.1. Amendments and Governing Law

True North may amend these Terms at any time. Latest version available online.
Governed by laws of Hong Kong SAR.

5.2. Termination of Program

True North may terminate the program with 60 days’ notice. All member rights/privileges cease upon termination, except for pro-rated redemptions as noted in 4.3.

5.3. Language

English version prevails in case of discrepancy between English and Chinese versions.
